"I was not impressed with the kiosk check-in system. When I added an extra day to my stay I had to go through a 30-minute process of checking out and checking in. I also had a package which needed to be delivered to the hotel but there is no hotel staff there to receive it."

"It is close to the train station and the busy Cathedral Cologne and there can be some sense of a lot of people - but once you step inside it's a fabulous retreat. Great service, we had a beautiful room. The breakfast is very expensive and just "okay" so go across the street to the Cafe Richard. Close to the "historical sections" and close to the water. Would stay here again for sure."
