"The fridge did not work even though the staff said it did. The floors felt sticky, under the bed was pretty dusty (don’t drop anything under the bed…) and the sideboards had marks on which indicates it doesn’t get cleaned properly - even the “do not disturb” sign was sticky! The toilet flush button felt like it was going to fall off, and the shower head wall attachment was entirely loose and almost hit me on the head when I tried adjusting the shower, so that was a worrying time. The bed was comfy, the lighting was good, there was a lot of space- that’s about it. It’s in a good location otherwise, close to food and the train station. The staff when we checked in weren’t very friendly, and we had to ask for the WiFi details as it is not listed anywhere in the room. The WiFi itself was a mission to join and was an unsecured network so better off without it. It would also be nice if there was a kettle and cups in the room to make tea etc and also more information in the room as to what is on offer or how to use things like the pillow menu etc."
