Hotel staff all very kind and helpful, we booked a room with the private pool but would say the water was probably too cold to be in at the time of year we went in May. "Good location with easy access to the city by bus. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The two main downsides were the breakfast, which was rather disappointing, and the shower water, which was barely warm during the first week of my stay. Fortunately, the hot water improved during my second week."
