"The room is fine. One issue I have though is that the electrical outlets in this hotel are all 220V as opposed to other hotels I’ve stayed in which have the normal 110V outlets. So I had to request for a transformer so I can use my hair dryer and hair straightener. Also, probably particular to the room I stayed in, water seems to be leaking from somewhere and it was causing some flooding in the bathroom floor. Other than that, the hotel is fine and the staff are great and helpful."

" Staff was extremely helpful and professional. There was always a person fluent in English on staff. Coming from the U.S. that was a tremendous help! Staff was always willing to assist in every way possible. Room was clean and functional. Partial ocean view was good. I recommend the top two floors for a better ocean view, if a view is what you are looking for. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"It was close to the beach and restaurants, the view from the room and roof top terrace was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent and drinks as well. "

"Great location and great facility , gym and spa are great. Best priced 5 star on Copacabana. Walk to the beach , walk to lots of restaurants in the area. 5 min cab ride to Rio Sul shopping mall. Amazing breakfast and the best rooftop bar on copacabana . "
