The best resort I ever stayed at. The room is beyond beautiful and the air works! Thailand and April are HOT. I enjoyed the cool room. The colors on the resort made for perfect photos/videos for the influencers. Can also use the boats to go for a refreshing boat ride. Highly recommend!!!

Great welcome gift from staff (cold drink and coconuts), they feed us well include a good selection of breakfast included in your stay, as well ginger tea, and cold drinks, free snakes available in your room for free, nice pool area right in front of your room, right next to ampawa water market.

I have lived in four continents and traveled the world over. This hotel is a hidden jewel for northern Thailand. Beautiful, authentic, full of charm, hotel. Great architecture, room design and decoration, from the hand carved wooden doors to the very large and fully stocked bathrooms with jacuzzies. The staff is incredibly polite, respectful and helpful. I fully recommend the hotel.

I'm going to heap praise upon three members of the Park Hyatt's staff, Pound, Yeni, and Jay. Pound for making us feel welcome and cared for immediately upon our arrival. The best feature of the Intercontinental is the staff. For example, a waitress named Na in the Trattoria Restaurant: good English, impeccably presented, and ultra courteous and attentive. She was typical of all of the staff. The rooms and public areas: well maintained. The rooms are great. I really cannot fault this hotel at all.

The hotel was clean and always smelled so good. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and spacious.

This hotel was nothing short of perfect! Great staff, always ensuring that we were happy, getting what we needed (ice, directions, cars, etc) and importantly, enjoying our overall time in Bangkok. The location can't be beat! It's a few minutes from two sky train lines, it's connected to a mall, and across the street from other malls. It's comfortable, clean, the rooms are great and the staff are extremely helpful. I have stayed here a few times and will stay again.
