"Our room was fine, just a few maintenance items. 1 light didnt work, inside fridge compartments broken or not there, tub drain was damaged (drained fine, just broken) Parking lot was very rutted and icy"

We did talk to the lady cleaning to clean as soon as she could as we were leaving the room. It did not happen. We really had to get what we needed ourselves"
