"We arrived at the resort and turned out they were permanently shut down, however this still accepting bookings through all online platform. When you attempt to call there is no mention that they are closed. This is great recipe to ruin someone's vacation."

"Everything great, second time here in a month. Beds, linens, amenities great. Some confusion at checkin as I had given ALL the checkin info online including photo id, but she seemed unable to access some of it. Not a real problem. Never used kitchenette in room but would be great for longer stay. Breakfast is basic but all we needed. "

"Check in was a bit slow because the desk clerk was a bit TOO friendly LOL. She knew the truckers checking in ahead of me and talked and joked with them for quite a while instead of just checking them in. It took almost 1/2 hour to check in, which was fine, I wasn't in a rush, but it could be a problem for some people. The beds were nice and comfy and the breakfast was good."
