"The room is pretty basic but good for the price."

"Not much good to say. It was an outdated room with few furnishings, not inline with contemporary hotels. The handicapped shower was not sloped properly in the bathroom and the ENTIRE bathroom flooded after a shower making it unusable post-showering. I mentioned this to the staff, but was told "it will drain eventually". Breakfast was sub-par. Entire site needed an overhaul."

"We had trouble at check in. It was a computer issue,not the clerks fault. Entry door was dragging when opening or closing,very noisy. There were dead insects on the bathroom ceiling over the mirror. Shower/tub faucet dripped. Outside the grounds could use a little better maintenance,ie,mowing/trimming."

"There were a few dirty towels that the cleaning crew must've forgotten to remove as well as the bed upstairs wasn't made and the bed Downstairs was only partially made. Otherwise, place was clean, bug free, safe and comfortable."

"This is truly a hidden gem, such history with alot of room to get confortable. Just close enough to Cooperstown without the ridiculous prices. If you are going to stay in the area with a family this is an awesome place to stay."

"The house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and more than enough towels were provided. It was everything we needed for our stay and Kim was quick to answer any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again. "
