"The cabin was secluded and quiet, lovely location, and a beautiful sunroom. We were two adults and a baby, and a cat. It was clean and well stocked with linens and utensils. Our baby did well as it was kid friendly. Small but compact and everything was in good working order. WiFi was good. It was close to Mine Kill State Park. We enjoyed our stay very much. "This cabin was perfect for our visit to Dreams Park. It is larger than the pictures suggest and extremely comfortable. The property managers were great. The kayaks and swimming platform were nice perks we enjoyed after watching games. The wall air units were more than adequate for cooling the whole house. A nice touch: the full size toiletries. We highly recommend this rental if you visit the area."

"We ended up not staying. The description says it is a cabin, it is an old manufactured home (mobile home). When we pulled in there was items scattered around the yard, the grass hadn’t been mowed. When we got to the first step the wood need to be replaced. There were holes in the soffit. Once inside the couches looked old and dingy. The inside needed to be spruced up. "My son and I enjoyed our stay. The cabin was super cozy and had everything needed for our time. Just a short drive to Cooperstown for food and the baseball HOF, hiking in the area, Glimmerglass state park, but secluded to enjoy a very relaxing private minivacation. Mark was extremely nice, responsive, and generous. We would totally stay there again! "
