"We picked this location for its proximity to Cooperstown. The room was good & very clean. The only issue we had was it took almost 20 minutes to get any hot water in the sink or shower. We were up & on the road early, so that may have factored into this issue. We would give this location another try."

"What a pleasant surprise. The owner/staff were extremely pleasant and accomodating. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet with a small fridge, microwave, etc. The bed was extremely comfortable; I had one of my best night's sleep in a long time. Although I did not get a chance to use the pool, I plan to the next time that I stay here (and there will be a second stay). I was only able to stay for one night but hope to stay longer the next time. "

"We were in the area with a thousand or so families for the Cooperstown baseball tournament. We weren’t excited about staying in a big hotel for 9 days. Based on reviews we chose this small (15 unit) motel with a kitchenette just 5 miles south of the tournament. There is a convenience store in front of the motel. It was very peaceful and quiet. "This is what a basic motel should be. Clean, comfortable with reasonable furnishing and equipment. Location is very close to the village, with a bar, diner, Chinese and two pizza places. Grounds are nicely kept and it’s back from the road, so sitting on the porch is pleasant. Appreciated the free bottles of water and the USB power points. A/C is noisy but powerful. "
