"We picked this location for its proximity to Cooperstown. The room was good & very clean. The only issue we had was it took almost 20 minutes to get any hot water in the sink or shower. We were up & on the road early, so that may have factored into this issue. We would give this location another try."

"This motel has recently changed ownership.The new owners and staff were extremely cordial and accomodating. While this is very much a work in progress, make no mistake, it is an old school motel, complete with physical room keys and key tags.The rooms were spacious and are in the process of being worked on, but they are extremely dated. I found the room to be clean and the bed was satisfactory.There was a small microwave, mini fridge, iron, and efficiency ironing board, but that was the extent...

"If you are not looking for this place you will miss it. If you miss it you would be missing out. The place wasn't bad, but the staff was awesome. Paul makes sure you have everything you need, I feel like I made a new friend. The room was redone & had a lot of character with everything you need to enjoy your week at Cooperstown.
