"The staff is good but speak very limited English, the building has seen better days but the inside is in better shape than the outside. The rooms are clean but not very modern. The location is pretty good for transportation as it is a hub of sorts but I would prefer to stay around chunxi road which is one subway stop away."

While we were using the lift from 21th floor to Ground floor lobby at night, suddenly the lift(p1) dropped to 14th floor, then dropped to 13th floor again and stopped there. The staff for both check in and in the restaurant are all very friendly and helpful. My room even had a view of the IFS panda 🐼 can’t fault this hotel, will definitely stay again."

"In a wood, very quiet location. Very nice design and structure, especially the huge beautiful outdoor garden with glass roof. However, it is very badly maintained. The room is dirty, especially the bathroom is filthy. The air con doesn't work, even open the patio door at night, the cool air doesn't really cool down the room and the air is stuffy."
