Excellent hotel on the Atlantic Ocean. Staff was pleasant and the property was clean. Air conditioner in room was loud, but we could accept that. Will definitely staff there again in the future.

Price for the stay. Super clean and rooms were spacious but bathroom is a bit on the small side. The staff wasn’t friendly at check in and the gym needs major upgrades. The gym was extremely hot, the treadmill didn’t incline, there were no free weights, and the weight machine was broken and rigged up for guests to use which is unsafe.

This property was clean, great staff, good amenities. Close to the mall with lots of restaurants and things to do. I would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING very clean and romantic one night staycation for 2 very busy parents

We loved this resort! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms and grounds were kept extremely clean and neat. All the pools were clean and not crowded - would have preferred that the pool with the bar was adults only, but that was only a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience. Only other improvement would be to have a full service restaurant on premises, but everything was very close by, so again, not a major problem. Can't wait to go again!!

I chose Hampton Inn in Florence because, overall, in the past I have had excellent experiences with this chain. I was very pleasantly treated to a very beautifully appointed hotel setting, it was also very clean. I saw staff picking up small items or pieces of paper that had been left or dropped by a visitor. My room itself was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and the room had it's own thermostat so the temperature and whether you wished heat or air could be selected for...

We loved that we were able to walk to shops & restaurants. The Avista is in a great location in that the area isn’t so crowded that it’s overrun with people.

Needs a deep cleaning and some refurbishing.

The Sheraton Plantation Resort and Villas was an excellent property. The villa we stayed in was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The amenities were running and open. I loved the poolside bar and grill! The only thing that I didn't see on the site was the fact that they DO NOT provide the floats for the lazy river, you have to bring your own.
