"Check in went smoothly as we had reserved via Hotels.com. We had stayed at this hotel a few years ago and were familiar with the layout and amenities at that time. We were surprised to see the condition of the room compared to the last time we stayed there. The flooring is definitely in need of replacement or receive a thorough cleaning. The carpet is so worn that it left lint all over the bottoms of our feet. If it received regular thorough vacuuming it would be better, but it’s still looks dirty. The pillows were nice and fluffy, not lumpy. Bedding was soft and comfortable. The bed was extremely firm. Towels were nice. They still provide the tiny bottles of shampoo but no body wash, only bar soap. We’ve gotten used to the large bottles attached to the shower walls. No big deal but different. The breakfast was nice. They use a strange coffee machine instead of large pump bottles so that created a bit of a line for coffee. All in all our stay was good but the flooring kind of turned us off."
