"Very friendly staff especially the food service staff. On the last night there we experienced a faulty toilet. When I notified the staff, she suggested we would have to wait until the next morning to get staff to fix it. No toilet overnight???? She eventually put us in another room. "

The area is a little busy and noisy because of all of the bars around, however it made it convenient when looking for a place to eat, etc. Museums, parks, and transportation are all within walking distance. Staff is young, dynamic, and always super friendly and helpful. We were two adults travelling and we enjoyed our stay."

"The price was more than the value. Room was comfortable but a bit quirky. We did not like the layout of one of our rooms. We had three rooms as it was a family vacation. Reception was on 12th floor. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The kitchen had sink and refrigerator but no microwave. Extra fee for additional in room coffee pods. Wellness center is an all nude affair.
