I am extremely dissapointed about the hidden charges bill that I was thrown at when I went to check in I feel I should have been informed that even though I had selected the breakfast option while booking I was not paying for it at that time and will have to pay at check in. this is a flaw in hotels.com to trap customers with cheaper upfront payment. "

"The hotel has newly refurbished plodding and bar now I hope that the rooms will follow. Whilst the rooms are looking dated and worn. The hotel staff keep them clean and in the best condition possible given their age. The beds are large and comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and have an amazing amount of hot water. "
