The staff were very nice and friendly. Leonardo at the front desk was able to get us into our room early for a smooth check in. the room was clean and the best were super comfortable. Stayed for just one night with our three kids. We took two connecting rooms. Nothing bad to complain about. Excellent location, free wifi, EUR 15 car parking just opposite hotel, amazing breakfast (albeit a bit expensive).

Every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The front desk staff were all absolutely wonderful- friendly, kind and helpful. One of the front desk staff, Telma, particularly went out of her way to help us and did so with a constant smile while humming a happy tune. Highest possible recommendation for this awesome hotel.

Great apartment in the middle of the city. Very modern with fantastic city views. Even parking the car was a fun experience having to drive your car in and out an elevator! The full kitchen and the availability of a washer and dryer was great. Only negative I could find was the fact that the apartment doesn't have AC. Although advertised as having AC they only have a floor cooling system that we had on but didn't cool down the apartment. All things considered, I would definitely stay here again....

The pods are comfortable and the open area in the room although it is small gives you ample room to store your luggage and get changed. The price for food in the hotel is a little high but not unusual for Rotterdam. If you want alternatives for food there are plenty of choices near by. It is also close to both the metro and the tram.
