"Clean room."

"First, I would definitely stay here, again. The location is excellent for boarding a cruise. I enjoyed the modern decor, bright colors, and the astrological signs above beds and on the welcoming carpet in the entrance of the hotel. The staff were positive in nature and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best of any hotel so far. Now, for the cautions. I have never had so many weird things occur in a hotel in my lifetime and I am well into my 70s… First, I was locked out of my...

"Breakfast was an OK buffet. The rooms were fine, definitely period with a steamship theme. No modern amenities though and this is not an accessible property. Beware if you have mobility limitations—stairs!"

"Een fijne nieuwe kamer met kookfaciliteiten en een balkon met uitzicht. Goed bed, regendouche"

"Dirty and unsafe"

"The boathouse was a total Rotterdam experience! We loved it. It was a little difficult with my elderly mother but we managed. The beds were comfortable."

"Superb communication and support whenever we needed it from Ronald. The boat was comfortable and well equipped. "

"Heerlijk hotel. Zeker icm een bezoekje aan Ahoy. OV voor de deur bus en tram. Genoeg parkeerplaatsen. Prima bar om een drankje te doen Kortom aanrader"

"Good location."

"Amazing location. We are able bodied walkers and 100% of the things we wanted to do in Rotterdam were within a 20 min walk (most closer). The hotel is in a scenic location very close to transit and several major sites. There is a convenience store with good hours and food products less than 200m from the door."
