Great location for shopping and dining. Luxurious hotel interior- every spot is picturesque. It has own fine-art gallery. I booked a room with two double beds. The room was clean and spacious. One thing I didn’t like was the toilet with bidet that did not work properly. So the hotel manager changed my room right away. Except that, I had great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Grand Busan and would happily stay there again. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful from check-in to check-out. The hotel is beautifully decorated and at a wonderful location close to the sought after tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the variety. One thing of note was that upon requesting some ice, I was asked to pay a minimal fee. In all my stays at luxury hotels, I cannot recall being charged for ice. I am not sure if there is something particular about ice here but you may consider providing this as a complimentary amenity to your guests as I felt a bit embarrassed for the staff...

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is close to several tourist locations, restaurants and shopping areas. The access is pretty easy from the airport (the bus stops right at the door) or by train (Seoul station is just 15 min by taxi), something really helpful if you come with family. i flew in from california with a 22 hour layover to Bangkok and this Property has a shuttle pickup location outside the airport and they will arrange to drop you off as well, perfect for long layovers. Hotel is is very clean, staff is professional and the food is amazing. Sauans, Jaccuzi and a modern fitness center are a few amenities i love as well as two huge pools and play room for the kids. the interior is beautiful if you like selfies.

This property is great for foreigners adjusting to transition into Asian culture. I recommend for individuals with a long stay in Korea to pamper yourself and stay for a few nights. I recently completed a 2 week stay at the Signiel Hotel. This hotel is a real show stopper and is without a doubt one of the Top Hotels in the World. So quiet and beautiful views!

Grand Josun is an incredible hotel! The rooms are well kept and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is welcoming and are willing to help you at any time. We loved the location as there was a street full of restaurants across from the hotel and we were right on the beach.

Great place to stay.

It was just as lovely as everyone has reported. The front desk, room service, bellmen, etc, were all so very friendly and kind. Every staff person we met went out of their way to help us and offer a first class welcome. They were exceedingly polite, especially with our language barrier. Many of them spoke English fluently. It was just wonderful to be treated so well.

Six star hotel. We loved this place and sad to check out. We are from Georgia, USA and generally blown away with Busan and the Haeundae area. The hotel was top notch, my 5 yo son loved the pool, kid friendly, we felt welcomed. Great energy here and you can feel the happiness from everyone including fellow guests and staff. I really loved it here! I am a Black American woman and even though there were stares, for the most part, I would go here again! The food at this hotel is amazing and the subway is within a short distance. I really enjoyed myself here! Would recommend!

Hotel was easy to get to by airport bus. Only about 8min walk from both pickup/drop off airport bus location. Close to two different train stations and close to two major neighborhoods. Easy and about 30 minute walk to Gyeongbokgung, King Sejong Statue, and Deoksugung palace. Staff were nice and helpful, especially with transportation questions.
