"Simple tidy room, lots of parkimg, close to shops walking distance, firm comfortable bed, nice coffee from Mai Kana Restaurant. Only issue was loud noise from extractor fan coming from pub which disrupted sleep."

"The place was great! The hosts were very nice and responsive to our messages. The location is beautiful, and the hot tub is wonderful!The little touches were very nice! The waffles, bacon, and fresh fruit provided for breakfast were delicious. Also a short drive over to Hobbiton, which made it an excellent spot if you’re also heading that way. "

"We ended up leaving. It stunk there was moldy food in top of oven. No smoke alarms. We were actually disgusted. Windows were dirty. We didnt want to make a scene so said we had to leave for family matters. Would not recommend this place infact no smoke alarms is a major health and safety breech. Never be back."

"The area is quiet, and semi-rural, with easy access off the main road. The unit was clean and presentable, but dated, the unit needs some money spent on the property, and furnishings. The staff was kind and courteous, accommodating with requests. I do wish that some milk had been put in the unit, along with a hand towel, and facecloth. "
