The Rock was a beautiful place. Staff was amazing and the place itself is beautiful. We stayed in the ocean front villa, which is actually three separate “rooms”. A kitchen - stove, fridge, toaster and toaster oven, kettle, etc, with place to sit to eat and a toilet. Then two separate suites for sleeping etc. We were two couples, so perfect for us. Upgraded our room because the other one was under repair. Managed to crash a motor bike and break my arm - the staff and owner couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Wonderful views as well as caring staff. Would highly recommend.

Every aspect of the facility and our experiences there were outstanding. The only suggestion I would make is regarding dairy housekeeping. The staff are wonderful but they are provided with a broom rather than a vacuum cleaner for cleaning. The result is some accumulation of dust etc in the corners and remote areas of the room. Understanding that speed of turnover is important, but in light of the low cost and high availability of labor, hiring additional workers and purchasing vacuum cleaners...

Tangsai bay resort is a environmentally beautiful relaxing place. We had a mountain side villa which was spacious and romantic with huge outside deck and comfortable large living room bedroom and bathroom area. Clean and comfortable beautiful view of sea. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Only criticism is that no air conditioning in any of the restaurants although the food was plentiful and tasty. Overall strongly recommend it.

I loved my stay from start to finish. Extended my trip to Koh Samui by 3 days and decided to stay at White Whale and I'm glad I did. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful every step of the way. The experience was unforgettable: The way the rooms were built in the mountains adapting and respecting nature. The views from the hotel of the ocean and sky was breathtaking. The staff was outstanding, friendly and polite. The food at the restaurants was delicious, fresh and perfect presentation. I will highly recommend Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui.

We spent a week in the Sala Samui. Everything was great! Our villa with a pool was fantastic. The friendly service, the breakfast, and the pools/beach were wonderful too.

Great, nice, independent Resort. Staff is really friendly. Familiar Atmosphere. Quiet but not too far away from city, definitely need a scooter/car if staying there. For those seeking some quiet time and relaxing. We had a great time and can fully recommend this Resort.

Fantastic stay at Belmond Napasai. Top notch service, luxurious rooms with super comfy beds. Pool and beach has enough chairs so you know you will be able to go and relax when and where you want to. Restaurants and bars were great as well, we ate there every evening. Thai boxing, cooking class, snorkeling, and paddleboarding were great ways to spend afternoons as well!

Check in was easy and great. They provided a welcome drink and snack. The staff was very friendly throughout the whole stay. The room was nice and clean. I really liked the room as it was kind of by itself up on the hill. Having the pool just outside the room was great and the hot tub was amazing, especially at night. A very luxurious hotel. In a great location- 5 minutes driving from the Chaweng road where all the action at night is. The hotel offers a wide set of amenities. The swimming pool & beach are amazing, and so is the entire hotel ground.

We were met on arrival with a cool drink and an ice-cold towel. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The restaurant staff served us with a smile, enthusiasm and great care.
