"I got a private room and other than being a bit small, I had no complaints. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Location is great, I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. All staff, especially reception, were exceptional! They were incredibly accommodating and exceeded my expectations. There’s lots of food options and amenities for socializing. The rooftop patio is nice. You can pay for locker storage before and after checkout. Blow dryer didn’t work and I’d bring your own toiletries. I would stay here again!"

"We stayed here over the May bank holiday and it was a really amazing price considering the time of year and being in the centre of the city. Compact room but it was a bed for the night, comfortable and clean. The air con was also good in the hot weather. In the shower was a combined body wash and shampoo so bring your own conditioner etc. Our room was in the 4000’s and was far from the lift, which we didn’t mind but bear in mind if you struggle with mobility. Easy check in and check out. Would highly recommend due to price and location."
