"Riverstone is a diamond in the rough. I initially booked this because it was advertised as a peaceful and tranquil location near everything. A satellite view from google maps make me doubt it. "The Westgate Resort property is very beautiful and well maintained. There is no charge for parking but there is a daily resort fee, which we knew prior to booking. There is a pool, fitness center and spa on the property which we did not use but they looked very nice. We ate at the onsite restaurant called Southern Comfort. The breakfast menu was limited and the food was underwhelming, especially compared to the various breakfasts we enjoyed in Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. All the staff at the...

"This is an incredibly beautiful property up on top of the mountain, staff is amazing restaurants are terrific! It really has all you're looking for with a workout room and a pool for the kids if you're traveling. Be sure and stop at the vista grill and pay Victor and his family a visit, amazing people to do business with and outstanding food."

"Walking in the smell was TERRIBLE! Stains on the floor and bedspread, tub was stained and rusty, shower head literally came up to my throat (had to bend over to shower!), toilet paper was under the tiny sink (almost didn't see it!) Woke up the next morning and saw a bug crawling along the ceiling on the wall! WILL NEVER GO BACK!"
