What an amazing place!

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, with a spectacular breakfast! We had a small issue with our room view, as a bridge completely obstructed it, but the staff did their best to help. Although the hotel was fully booked, they offered us an alternative room and, ultimately, a lovely spa treat as a gesture of goodwill. We truly appreciated their kindness and effort. This is such a gorgeous place. We got to see the northern lights both nights. The cabin was very clean and reception has been incredibly responsive. I will be coming back. The view was gorgeous, especially at dawn when the water is still with the white mountains reflecting in the water. Highly recommend.

The lodge is next to the river, it was frozen over w\ snow, perfect for watching the dog sledders come by. All four nights there, we saw the Northern LIghts. The room, lodge, food, ice hotel and adventures were awesome

We had a great stay overall. The check-in was the easiest and quickest we have experienced in quite some time. There was free coffee / tea available by the reception all day, a very nice touch in the cold. The sauna in the central building is spacious and convenient. We also had a private sauna in the beach house we stayed in - this was an amazing surprise (should be called out in the room's details!). Clean, comfortable and welcoming

Very friendly front desk staff. Excellent breakfast buffet, which included the best smoked salmon I've ever had. Cosy cafe dining room with an open fire. The bacalao was delicious.

This is a special place on earth, and Maria is a wonderful hostess and owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She prepares farm-to-table fare that is delicious. However, we were visiting in March, and at that time of the year the options for a vegetarian is rather limited. Other than that, which is certainly understandable, this was a great place to relax, unwind, snowshoe, and ski (rentals in Tromso).

The location is serene. I got to see the Northern Lights just outside the hotel, no chasing:). The staff were very jovial and helpful. Parking was just outside and smile, with car charging stations!

Rooms are quiet big to Europe Standars. Bathroom are modern and nice. Breakfast is very good. Gym is outsource but according to my sons very good. Nice hotel

We had a very pleasant stay! The hotel is in a great location, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The room size was just right for our stay. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very nice experience especially the helpful staffs lady that checked us in. I’ll stay there again. Right on the Harbour from with easy walking to many good restaurants.

Breakfast was the best

the staff was super helpful. we arrived very early (10am) and the check in tome was at 3pm they let us leave our luggage in the storage they have onsite while we went to the city to explore and buy souvenirs before our check in time
