"Very modern nice rooms with high security, 2 stops to city centre and the tram stop is infront of the hotel. Excellent breakfast and very nice And helpful receptionists. Highly recommend "

"The hotel was okay and somewhat clean. But the bedding was really bad. Bed was very firm and the pillows were flat and lumpy. Better to use a towel rolled up. Not just 1 but all 6 provided in the room. Breakfast was good. Most staff was helpful and friendly. Location was good, no view from any window unlike what I thought I was reserving. "

"The staff was so welcoming from the time we arrived. The hotel property is beautiful. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Florence but they also have a shuttle. I’m a walker so I preferred to walk but it does have hills. The breakfast was so delicious I miss it. They have free parking which was important to us because we were renting a car to drive to Tuscany area."
