"Around property noisy but relatively central. Great eating options close. No fridge in room. Aircon dripped on the floor so didn’t use. Toilet door see through and windows face rooms window so felt no privacy Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast excellent "

"My wife and I stayed here during the great December blizzard of 2023. The staff could not have been more helpful. (a special shout-out to Tobias). While the hotel is not within walking distance of the historic city center, during non-blizzard times there is easy access by train and subway. And during the blizzard, we walked to the Nymphenburg Palace and some cute local cafés, which are all within a few blocks. Two thumbs up. "

"Wonderful hotel. I arrived at 9 a.m. from overnight flight & they worked diligently to get me an early check in...after I ate a wonderful breakfast. The upgrade was awesome, I received a 30 € food credit & had a wonderful night's sleep. Only negative is that as wonderful as the breakfast was I don't think it's worth 35€."

"The lady and gentleman working at our check in time were exceptionally helpful with our bags and directing us to parking. They could not have been nicer. However, the elevator went down on the third day of our 4 night stay. We are seniors and I was walking with a brace and cane when it was checkout time. There were two young women at the desk. I think one was in training. I asked if they could help me with my suitcase which was not oversized. They refused and in fact, turned their backs and said...

"Everything was perfect except the noise. I think if they have a double pane window that would be a lot more quiet. You can hear people talking on the street ( if your room is in the street side) But other than that staff were awesome, very helpful and polite. They room condition is also great. Very close to old town and subway stations"
