"We had an excellent stay. The hotel, rooms and property are immaculate. The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. We appreciated the water in the room after a long day out. Apples and free coffee and tea are available in the water. There are restaurants and cafes nearby. Two blocks away you can get the subway or get a hop on and off tour. A taxi from the airport is 110E. Use an uber if you can as a taxi is more. The staff are wonderful. Very helpful with everything. We would have liked an...

"Our room was amazing. A little info on how to use the washer/dryer would have been helpful. The chef was new and we waited over 2 hours for our dinner. It would have been so much better if the staff had come out and said we are so sorry but your meal will be another hour or two instead they just kept apologizing when we kept asking what was taking so long. We only made the mistake once. Never ate there again."
