"It is in a great location, but it would have been good to have more clear directions on what stop to take on the shuttle. Dinner and breakfast were good, but after weeks of dining on the fabulous food in France, our expectations have become too high."

"The Van der Valk Hotel Paris CDG Airport was one of the nicest airport hotels I have stayed in. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I only wish we could have stayed longer! One small tip: if you normally use a face cloth or loofah, bring your own. The only downside was the airport shuttle service. The van was too small to accommodate everyone, both when we arrived around 9:30 p.m. and when we returned to the airport the next morning. We had a long wait upon...

"My room was 571 and sparky clean but the shower overflowed. Breakfast was very very poor. Badly laid out and very poor quality food and full of unclean tables with no more reset at 9 am today. Food in the restaurant very ordinary and certainly lacking of any real cooking! Just simple stuff. All in all a real letdown"

"Disappointing Experience – Beware of the Shuttle Service! This hotel is misleading when it comes to its shuttle service. With what appears to be over 300 rooms, offering only one shuttle per hour is simply inadequate, especially for guests with early flights or late arrivals. I specifically booked this hotel because of my early flight and late check-in, expecting the shuttle service to make transportation convenient. Unfortunately, neither of the expected shuttle services materialized, leaving...

"Charged my credit for a night stay even though it was fully paid for. Provided a lower class room then what was paid for."

"Rooms were very nice The restaurant was ok, could be better."

"Cool hotel with neat vibe. Convenient to the airport. Clean and nice size room."

"النظافه جيده غرفه نظيف جدا"

"Staff was receptive. Hotel itself is 'tired' and rundown. Rooms are extremely small and offers no amenities - ie; hairdryer, coffee maker."

"The room was oppressively small: too small for both of our suitcases. It was painted black. Positive: quite soundproof. The hotel is understaffed. Not enough servers, front desk clerks, bartenders. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Getting from the closest RER station was a complicated journey. We ate at the restaurant of the hotel next door – that was extent of our choice. We did greatly appreciate the hotel airport shuttle. The lounge/ restaurant/ lobby area is comfy and colourful, but...
