"The room was much warmer than I expected, with no way to adjust the cooling except opening the window — no good with the wind and rain."

"Clean room and very comfy pillows. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself was very spacious and had lots to do, but the room was smaller than it looked online. The breakfast was fresh with average amount to choose from. Overall good and would go back again. "

Very warm room with no ventilation and noisy as the internal doors kept banging and the station announcements as the hotel is above the central station. Room very small (difficult to accommodate two small suitcases and two humans, with limited access to the other side of the bed) and overly complicated shower that seemed to only work on one setting. "The hotel was clean, spacious and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice, the room was lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The spa was really good however, as a guest I think access should be free. We were surprised we had to pay an entrance fee, and only allowed two hours to visit. "
