Well maintained mansion with a river stream running along side it and lots of hiking opportunities. The staff is helpful and graceful and the restaurant is at top tear level.

The property is beautiful and the room lovely and comfortable. I had a great facial treatment at the spa and spent a few hours after relaxing in the facility. I like that they require hotel guests to reserve times to visit the spa so that it does not become crowded. Unfortunately, we were not able to dine at the restaurant, as it was not open while we were there. We were able to enjoy the breakfast buffet, which was quite nice. This hotel was beautiful and peaceful, beautiful gardens in this urban location and superior interior design and decor that made the whole experience superior. We stayed one night a wished that we did have to leave next morning.

most beautiful place where we have ever stayed !! the rooms were huge and the restaurant was the best we have had all in europe! There is a private court yard and it is a beautiful castle in a quiet little town. This is family owned and they are very nice ,sweet and hospitable. This will be our best kept fairy tale when we come back next year and for years to come. Makes us feel like royalty and the bathrobes and slippers and all the extra towels highly recommend this !!

Great location. I was trying to get a B and B in the area and picked this place when I couldn't find one. The hotel itself is connect next to a fairly large, well lit, clean and safe convenience/gas station and the clerks run both the gas station and the hotel front desk. This is one of the most amazing hotels I have stayed at. The outside is a small unassuming alley, but open the door and a beautifully constructed hotel. The decor is simultaneously modern and classic all at once, and the rooms are clean, modern, roomy, with great amenities. Staff were very courteous and helpful, and gave me a tour of the hotel before walking me to my room and going through it's features. Very much enjoyed our overnight in Namur. Clean spaces, friendly staff, great rates. Construction on the bar made it confusing to get a drink and late night snack as it was still advertised on the hotel tv. We waited and took a seat in the restaurant only to find out that’s was the only service offered at that time. Other than that and excellent facility.
