"Hotel is walking distance to main city atractions, restaurants plaza de armas. Staff very kind, keep in mind all buidings in historic center are 200years hotels will look alittle old but comfortable."

"We had a wonderful stay in Cusco! The staff was incredibly caring and welcoming. They would always ask how our day went and how we were feeling with the altitude, which made us feel cared for. The location was great! We walked everywhere. There were so many restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance, which made exploring Cusco so easy. The breakfast was good! There were a variety of options each morning. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to...

"Spacious quiet rooms, restaurant on site with great menu and service. Front desk staff not friendly compared to other Hiltons."

"Very great location and rooms were lovely for the price. Loved being able to walk to the plaza de armas and to many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy, afternoon tea was relaxing, especially w Kiki (the alpaca) wandering the courtyard. Made the trip even more memorable"

Drinking water, and hot water with tea options were made available daily, but ran out often. The onsite restaurant was rarely open...
