"My room was not cleaned when I arrived. I had to go to Reception to request a room change. Upon arriving it took approximately one hour to receive a room assignment although I arrived after 3 p.m. This is not an adult friendly resort. Everything with the exception of the Sports Bar closes at 10 p.m. There is no room service and you are not allowed to take food to your room. The only late night offerings are limited to very unhealthy options and the location of the Sports Bar is a 5-10...

"The room was spacious and clean. There were no weird decorations. The housekeepers were very nice. The hotel grounds are stunning. We liked the romantic vibes. "The beach was beautiful and the water was nice and warm. The food throughout the resort other than the one lunch grill place was great. The lunch grill took a very long time and wasn’t very good. We paid for a beach view upgrade but the room did not have any beach views unless you went outside on your balcony and sat on the far chair."

"I loved breakfast and different Jamaican protein and porridge everyday so if you're a must have bacon or sausage person this might not be the place for you. There are places nearby where you can get your fix so you won't be deprived. The staff is lovely and very cooperative"

The outdoor shower was a little exposed based on if there are boats in the ocean outside the window going to ricks, but there is a shower inside the hut too so that was just fine. The AC works great. The music at ricks was loud until about 9pm which didn't bother us.
