"It is in perfect location with an amazing close view of Mount Fuji. Staff are very helpful. Has perfect amenities (except for good pillows. Suggest to check the pillow and ask for more or replacement in time). The location and amenities made our stay very comfortable."

"This is a beautiful hotel set up on the hill above Lake Yamanaka with a gorgeous view of My Fuji (when not raining)! We only spent one night, but would definitely stay here again! The room was clean and comfortable, the building was clean and maintained, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic!"

"The hotel is located far from the lake and in a non pedestrian friendly area, taxis are not plentiful. They don’t serve coffee until 7am, So if you wake up earlier, and ask for coffee, they won’t help. Dinner and breakfast buffet are bad quality, reheated stale food."

"The hotel has an amazing location. On a clear day, Mount Fuji can be seen directly from the hotel which has a wonderful observation room. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. The onsen is also a lovely treat at the end of the day- and spotlessly clean. We love staying here. There is a shuttle service provided to/from the station as the hotel is a little out of town."
