Hotel with a Concierge in Zacatecas from AED35

"The hotel charged me in dollars with a terrible exchange rate, rather than pesos, which violated the Orbitz terms and is also illegal in Mexico. In addition, they charged me for breakfast even though it was supposed to be free and didn't tell me until I was checking out. Finally, the wifi terrible -- forget about trying to work remotely. "

"Front desk staff was really slow but got the job done. The room itself is okay at best, very dark and kinda dusty. Water leaked from the bathroom sink, so the floor was always wet and we had to put a towel on the floor. During one of our nights there was no hot water, but on the other two nights it was fine. "Excellent boutique hotel. Very clean, comfortable and with good location in historic center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is on a busy street with a lot of people in the evenings so is a little noisy. That did not bother me. I would definitely recommend it to others "

"Fantastic historic property, with the wow factor inside. Couldn’t have been in a better locn to walk around Zacatecas Historic Center. Hotel is a few stairs up a pedestrian walkway, on a quiet dead end street for traffic, across from an historic park. The good: super clean with tiles everywhere, quiet, best/new mattress, pillows, etc for the best sleep, view of city and park across street, very friendly staff, good security with someone onsite 24hrs to know who is entering. "Lovee this Hotel. Great location, right in the center of the Historic Center. Staff was super friendly and nice! Also has its own underground parking, located behind the hotel… Lourdes was such a helpful lady and was also super nice. The room we got was decent and had a good view of the street through the balcony."
