"The hotel location is quite close to West Lake (Xihu), near hotel quite a lot of local restaurant, the hotel is quite close to xinhua book store, from Hangzhou East Station quite close with taxi. The hotel staffs are nice but they only speaks mandarin."

"The hotel staff were nice, efficient and accommodating, and helped to make my stay really easy and wonderful. The room is spacious, the bathroom is huge. Jin sha restaurant needs improvement
"The hotel is awesome! The only thing that we do not like is the jin sha restaurant at the hotel. Before we checked in, I did a lot of research online and this restaurant is supposed to be one of the best places to get local hang zhou cuisine. But we are very disappointed by the quality of the food despite of the fact that it is very expensive. "
