"Cute house with deck overlooking the pond with almost daily sightings of eagles, loons and ducks. We loved it here and would stay here again if we come back this way again. I hated to leave this cute home. "

"The place is everything as described----and more. I was there for only 15 or so hours but it is such a beautiful and peaceful place, awash in beauty and nature, if felt like a whole restful vacation. I was in Bangor for a work training and arrived at 6am rested, inspired, and ready to go. The bed is perfect. the sectional is comfortable, Wifi top-rate. Kitchen has everything you need. Sonya is a superb host and has anticipated your every need, including sunblock and insect spray in case you forgot yours (I did!) I will long remember listening to the loon calls as I fell asleep."

"The staff are very friendly, and they support one another. The breakfast is nicely laid out, and you had an option of preparing a bag to take with you. On a couple of days we prepared a lunch of bagel and cream cheese to take with us. This is an older hotel, but will maintained, and reminiscent of hotels I remember from 50 years ago."
