"The young woman who checked us in…and checked us out the next day… was wonderful. She was welcoming and efficient. She even got good directions for one of us the next morning. I hope she is appreciated by management. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. She was a delight. Service was wonderful, too. Extra towels and a blanket were delivered within 15 minutes of our request. Much later that evening we received very prompt service for the TV. I was not expecting such prompt service at that hour since the hotel was full. I would definitely recommend The Chateau to anyone visiting Bloomington/Normal. "

"It was a nice stay for one night, clean hotel. As many hotels the shower had black mold in between the caulk but I guess that’s a problem that even the best hotels have. Coffee was good and they had a nice and hot breakfast too. It very well located close by restaurants and it actually has a good Korean chicken restaurant in the first floor. "
