The pet fee was $15, which is a little cheaper than other hotels. Offered a nice breakfast: breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, yogurt cereal, oatmeal, fruit, juice, coffee. We stay here often as a stopping point between Minneapolis and Indianapolis (where we have family). It's a nice little town to checkout as well.

Very clean, quiet room. As a woman traveling alone I felt very safe. Stayed 4 nights. Wide variety of items for breakfast each morning. Eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereals, bread, bagels, muffins, apples, bananas, several juices, coffee, etc. Refer & micro in the room. Wonderful staff!

We stayed two nights and got good nights sleep both nights. Breakfast was a nice surprise. We had eggs, bacon and sausage the first morning and biscuits and sausage gravy the second morning. There was fresh fruit, a good selection of cereals, juice, coffee, tea and pastries. You could find something you like. Our room was clean and quiet. On our next visit we will stay here.

The hotel was very clean. It even smelled clean. Absolutely no signs of mold or mildew in the bathroom. The front desk staff and the breakfast lady were very friendly and helpful. And the beds were really comfortable.

Overall great stay! We notified them in advance twice we had a dog coming with and would be arriving close to midnight, and was told no problem, and that all buildings were dog friendly except 1. When we arrived we found out they put us in the 1 non dog friendly building on accident - but it was so late at night they were in really accommodating given it was their mistake in the room assignments. They let us stay in there and even provided a written note confirming it was ok. I would definitely...

From the moment we arrived, the staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. Brian was excellent and Laura (cook) were excellent. Laura's breakfast was of chef quality. To spend time in the library and the rooms furnished like they were back in the day was an experience I'll never forget. Thank you, Vrooman mansion and staff.

This brand new hotel was amazing. Check in was a breeze, they had snacks upon arrival. The outdoor huge firepit was awesome as was the pool and breakfast. The rooms were clean, modern and perfect. The hotel has thought of everything here. Free parking, wifi was perfect! I only wish there was a shuttle to and from campus.

I had to walk all the way over to the restaurant to ask the bartender to open my bottle of wine during dinner rush on a Saturday, wouldn't be that hard to have a wine opener at the front desk. Otherwise it's a clean and lovely hotel. Little noisy. Staff was polite, but not having a wine opener was a tad inconvenient. Also they closed the pool for maintenance from 7-8pm on a Saturday when clearly several families had come just to use the pool.
