"I booked 2 double bed 1 room. On our arrival we got a very tiny room which was very dirty and not the one I booked. When I have asked the front desk staff, he said he'll cancel my booking and rudely replied that go back to your country. it was 9:30 at night. With two kids I was helpless even though I have paid the full amount for the room more than 2 weeks back. I was very shocked and disappointed.
