Great stay

We booked this hotel for a two night stay - pre cruise. We are still in awe of our stay here at The White Star Tavern Hotel. From the moment we walked through the door right through to when we left for our cruise 2 days later the staff, Bridgit, Emma, Becca, Mina, Jack, Mack, Kyle, everyone was just amazing, friendly, professional, fun, helpful....The Best!! The room was way fun. They also had cookies and milk in the room to welcome us. They also provided breakfast at the restaurant. Food was slow but was way good.

Came in on a cruise ship. At 9:30 am we arrived by cab, not knowing if we would have to wait until 2:00 check in. They actually checked us in upon arrival and we were able to relax and not worry about dragging our luggage around. I would have given an excellent rating except for the carpeting that was quite stained in our room. The bar/restaurant was great with good food and beer. Saved us from going out.

The hotel location was walking distance to the Norwegian Cruise Line terminal which worked out perfectly. It was also a quick walk from the bus that we took in from London after flying in. Great atmosphere, great food, and just a overall great time. Would definitely return!

This Was a very nice place to stay the night before our cruise. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Our first time in Southampton will be a memorable one because of the staff at Harbour Hotel Southampton. They were so pleasant & accommodating to their ability which made our stay memorable. The beds are so comfortable we had no problem taking naps! Definitely will stay here again in the near future. Food & cleanliness top notch & the location is breathtaking.

Only one night, late arrival but restaurant staff very accommodating. Room small but very clean and no problems. Bathroom nicely appointed. Would stay again , hopefully with more time .

This hotel was a perfect find. We wanted to stay near, but not in, Southampton for a cruise the next day. and we happened upon this gem. It is in the heart of a very quaint, clean little village, perfect for relaxing after flying over from the US. The staff was exceptional
