"The manager, Sam, and his staff made this one of the BEST hotel experiences I have had. From the empathy to accommodations, Sam and The Westin Grand Central exceeded our expectations. This will be a first recommendation when friends/family ask for NYC hotel suggestions. "
"This was our second year in a row we’ve come there.and the staff was awesome as always..our guy whose been there 18 years is the reason we came back and will again "
"Don't expect super luxurious. But location was 2 blocks from the subway, food trucks nearby open late. They had a few paying spots you could pay for but there was someone about first come first served. Didn't use it so not sure. Everywhere was very clean, front desk and buffet staff were friendly and helpful. Not overly so because it's nyc. Bathroom and bedroom were very roomy. Only things that i didn't like were pretty minor: no HBO and no handheld shower head. But would definitely stay here again. "
"This hotel was a great stay and I will be back. Rooms are basic but loved the views, rooftop bar and grill is a 10/10. The only down side was the distance. I booked because i spoke with someone at the hotel who told me it was 25 minutes from the heart of queens and it was a hour… but overall an amazing stay. "
