"MY STAY WAS PLEASANT AND THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND OFFERED ALL AMENITIES NECESSARY FOR A LONG STAY. NEEDS SOME MINOR IMPROVEMENTS HOWEVER, IN TERMS OF ACCESSIBILITY OF INTERNET THROUGHOUT THE APARTMENT, POOR QUALITY OF SOUND SYSTEM IN TELEVISION AND INADEQUACY OF KITCHEN RANGES WHICH COULD NOT BE USED IN THEIR TOTALITY AT THE SAME TIME."

"First night had room 423- very small, not updated and noisy as right next to the lift. The staff kindly moved me the next day and were very helpful. It’s a great place to stay, close to the centre, buses and metro. Very friendly staff working in all aspects of the hotel. I would book again… but not if room 423!"
