Excellent facilities, room was very spacious and modern, extensive breakfast buffet spread.

My husband and I enjoyed 4 days at this resort. There are only good things to say about this place and we wish we could have stayed longer. This property more than deserves a 5 star rating on service quality. Phenomenal customer experience. Jagruti (property manager) is one of the friendliest and efficient manager i have come across. Area around the propert may not the best but the property itself makes the stay enjoyable and relaxed.

Great service. Got a free upgrade upon check-in. We were escorted to our room by the check-in attendant. Son was surprised with chocolate brownies in his room and we even got a goodbye gift. Food was great and the views were fantastic. I can't say enough about this place and will never consider putting up anywhere else whenever I visit Goa.

The customer service was excelllent. The hotel was clean and the food was fabulous. Deeksha the female chef was attentive and made us a special dish. Our group of 7 was cared for wonderfully!

My wife, father-in-law, and 1yr old son stayed at the Taj for six nights. We were very impressed with the grounds of the hotel, and the service was impeccable. Excellent stay, service and staff brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Food was great, made fresh. Daily afternoon tea was a lovely touch. 1 recommendation would be to have parasols by the pool tables. We would have sat out more by the pool.

Property was very Green and Clean. Entire ambience , experience and holiday was fantastic. All the staff were serving with a smiling face and were always willing to help. Beach is a small walk away and they have tuk tuk service as well. Mama miso serves authentic Pan Asian food and everything was just delicious My holiday was just perfect and I will be back soon.

We stayed in the hotel during the last week of April which is an off season for Goa as there are very less travelers (Indian and Foreigners both). The hotel was barely booked but the staff was still very alert, attentive and responsive in our needs during our stay. It was a complete homely experience for us during each and every encounter with the staff. Johnson the GM inquired about our stay almost everyday and the Bartender/Breakfast Server Babuli made sure we had everything what we asked for....
