"Nice pool great staff although during off season no beach activities and the transport outside hotel is extortionate and all part of taxi union so hotel has no say. Overall wasn’t much to do outside if hotel and I think Expedia should better explain facilities available. Personally I think the property is mis sold by Expedia and the problem is once you have booked through Expedia the hotel can’t do anything as you have paid Expedia. "My room was big and comfortable, with a mini-fridge. The staff was helpful. It's listed as a 5-star hotel, but in reality it could be viewed as a truly excellent 3-star or a so-so 4-star. The breakfast only had a few selections, but several of them changed every day, which is a good thing when you stay several days. My room was on the top floor, and there must be a metal roof, because it rained on my last day and it was so loud in the room I couldn't think. I also fault the hotel for turning up...

"The property is excellent with very good access to the beach. The staff were wonderful especially Anthony the head chef and his staff who gave us such delicious food, they knew exactly what we liked and remembered it each time we were at the restaurant. We loved the very personal service and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Goa."
