"This property is in a great location with easy accessibility to the pool and beach. The boardwalks were being newly constructed while we were there and will really make the property so much better. The host was very responsive and friendly. The AC could use an update as we had to have service upon arrival, although they were very timely in coming to fix the problem. A few updates to the condo would really make this the perfect property for a wonderful vacation. Would definitely return to SGI and 300 Ocean Mile."

"This is a fantastic property located right next to everything you want to do! We stayed with a 3 and 4 year old- it is very family friendly! There was plenty of space to spread out and hangout there when we wanted, and it was quiet and dark enough for their nap time. There was a pull-down blackout shade in our room, and that was super helpful. We walked to the beach and coffee every morning, napped, then walked to the beach again after everyday. The keyless entry also made that even easier because you didn’t have to tote a key around after leaving. It’s the perfect place to stay when you don’t want to have to drive. The host is very thoughtful with what is provided (bathroom amenities, kitchen cookware/dishwasher tabs, books/games, beach towels, air hockey) and how it is presented. It really felt like a home away from home."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Island Suites was an ideal accommodation for our vacation. It was clean and convenient and right on the ocean with an incredible view. It's right next to the Blue Parrot where we could grab a sandwich or a drink. It was within walking distance of groceries, shops, or eateries. The staff was very helpful and friendly from making reservations on the phone to the room service. They privided plenty of towels, toiletries, and checked regularly to see if we needed anything. The room was spacious with a love seat, and table and chairs for eating or lounging in the room. The room was affordable and perfect for a couple or a couple with a young child or two. I would highly recommend this place and will likely return. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"
