"We so wanted to love this hotel, and while it was great in many ways, it also fell short in some. Staff was great, especially Roy at check-in and the Chef at breakfast. Downsides: Hot water ran out at a critical moment when trying to take a shower. Evidently this is a common complaint. Be aware… Also, the advertised indoor pool would have been fantastic - except that it isn’t heated, thus cold as can be. We skipped that. The hotel is right next to I-101 and while the windows are great, there is a bit of ambient noise during the night. Not much. Otherwise this hotel is beautiful, nice and modern, with beautiful furnishings. It is a mere 6 min to Healdsburg and close to other nearby towns. Affordable for sure! "

"Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast left more to be desired. Pancake maker was broke. Kitchen was out of cream cheese and there was no meat in the hot food selection."

We were able to drive to the Napa Valley for another day of exploration. The property is spacious and comfortably furnished. Highly recommended."
