"This is an excellent hotel in Beijing.The room is clean. The staff and receptionists are outstanding specially Dana, the 2 Lynns’,Bob,etc.They are generous in water and other useful things. Although there was no elevator in going down to our room (R307)my daughter was able to exercise. My daughter walks on tiptoes due to her medical conditions. There is an elevator from the lobby to every level except in some areas. The staff helped us all the way through in our needs like transportation,etc We would like to thank everyone who made our stay memorable.We would recommend this hotel to our friends and customers."

"Only a few hundred meters to huge pedestrian mall. Close to subway. Near major tourtist must sees! Incredibly helpful staff. Lots of small restaurants in the area. Very nice rooms. You can book AND PAY! for taxis at the hotel, so no drama with Alipay or currency exchange. Was there for a week and a half and would stay there again very happily! Was there for mix of business and pleasure and perfect for both."
