"Cannot get any closer to airport! Stunning main entrance to the hotel. Rooms were very comfortable, lots of thoughtful touches. Beds were extremely soft and comfy, very good nights sleep! Barely any noice considering you’re at Gatwick. Well air conditioned rooms. Clean corridors. Easy to navigate the hotel. "

"Changes to my itinerary that were outside of my control meant I could not complete my stay. I advised staff several months before, acknowledging their no refunds policy. I asked if it was possible to obtain a credit note for future use and was told a flat NO and that they were not part of the wider Hampton group and independent. I asked if I could get a credit note for their specific hotel and again told NO, yet I would bet that knowing I would be a no show they will have resold the room. Overall I would never deal with this hotel again and would warn others not to either. "

"The room great value for the price and staff were quick to resolve a power cut when the fuse got tripped in the middle of the night. Condition of the room was adequate. The bathroom fixtures were in good condition and clean with clean towels. A quirk in that they provided handwash instead of shower gel but I wouldn't have known the difference if the bottle was unmarked. Also, while the bedding was clean, they need new pillows It's great value for a hotel in London and in an excellent location with superb transport links for getting around so overall I would recommend. "

"No breakfast, no evening meal, shower only had 2 settings: off and burn you alive. Towel radiator leaked onto electrical wires. Moved me to another room where another guest entered the room (using the same key code) as I stepped out the shower. Mattress had an interesting feature where a spring poked in my back. I think Basil Fawlty provides a better service. "
