"The only great thing about this hotel are the views and the staff. It is very tired and the so called fabulous restaurant isn't even open for dinner. It is out of the way too. Nowhere ti sit and admire the views unless in the restaurant areas. How you describe it as exceptional is beyond me"

Villach is a very important place, and has been since I first visited 65 years ago."
