"This is the best hotel we've ever stayed at -- almost seemed like a luxury hotel. Over a three-night stay, front dest clerks were friendly, helpful and always at their post, greeting us as we came and went during the day and evening. The parking, entrance and lobby are all beautiful and welcoming, with a spacious and comfortable lounge with a water view. Everything was sparkling clean, the room was comfortable and clean. We were happy we reserved a waterfront room -- right on the channel with seagulls skimming by and working fishing boats chugging by. It was very cold and windy (November) when we were there, so we didn't use the boardwalk and tables and chairs outside by the channel -- but it looked like a lovely place to relax in fine weather. All in all, we were super pleased with this hotel and will return. We have visited Chincoteague many times over many years and always stayed at another hotel. We are glad we took a chance on a new (to us) hotel. "
